TAS6424-Q1: Frequency of I2S

Part Number: TAS6424-Q1

I am developing Audio System using TAS6424QDKQRQ1, and have a question about clock frequency.

I am using MCLK, SCLK, and FSYNC for I2S, and the problem is that I can't make 4MHz of MCLK.

Therefore, I can make 2 case as blelow.

Case 1

MCLK : 3MHz

SCLK : 1MHz

FSYNC : 16KHz

Case 2

MCLK : 6MHz

SCLK : 1MHz

FSYNC : 16KHz

I would like to know which case can work.

Please advise me if you know it.

Hello,

In section 9.3.1.5 in the datasheet we specify that the supported FSYNC clock rates are 44.1Khz, 48kHz, and 96kHz. Unfortunately, neither case will work.

Youi tagged that this did not answer your question. I know it was not what you wanted, but the 16kHz FSync will not work on this device.
