Do you have any firewall that limiting some software?

Or before reinstalling ppc3, except ppc3, there are some software related to matlab, they might need to be remove too.

we are also not very sure the root cause, does this problem also happen in other PC?

Hi, I will try to remove PPC3, re-install the environment and then reinstall PPC3
What software could be related to Matlab that I need to remove ?

The manipulation did not solve the problem unfortunately, I'm stuck on the same message 
As it is a fresh installation I don't get why PPC3 informs me of a "previous session" problem. 
Is there somewhere PPC3 logs the previous sessions that I can maybe remove ?

We still have the issue, it does work normally on the computer of my colleague, but we are not always together so it would be very helpfull to find what causes this issue.

Hello Piocky,

It's hard to debug on our side as we can't replicate the issue. Perhaps when PPC3 is uninstalled go to C:\Users\[login name]\Appdata\Local and make sure to delete any PPC3 related files there is deleted before reinstalling.
