LM380: ESD data request

Hi Support Team.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.


Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data) of LM380N/NOPB.

    Hi Yutaro,

    I tried searching around for this information, but unfortunately being this a fairly old device it's most likely the information is not available anymore.
    Most likely this would be similar to LM386 (1kV), although I couldn't find any reference information to confirm.
    I'd also like to point out that ESD protection on most devices is purposed for material handling only, and you may need to consider additional ESD mitigation components for system level protection.
