I setup test on audio bench and experienced similar issue, the AGC circuity response time is roughly 400ms despite 20ms or 2s I2C writes. I will have to test further next week to debug issue.

To provide update, I have sent my test results to our internal systems team for feedback on the issue. 

Thank you for your response. Is the problem that the settings are not reflected is a problem on the PCC3 side? The TLV320ADC5140 already has a proven track record in the market, so the possibility of failure is low. What do you think?

I agree, I believe there may be a register that is being configured incorrectly on my side or some process flow that I'm not following but if I have any update I will provide to you. Sorry for the delay
