Hi Team,
Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.
"I have been working with TI technical team regarding the PCB Design of TLV320AIC34 Codec for my commercial product of electric guitar.
Previously I made the schematic and TI technical team reviewed it and then I moved to PCB Design. This time I want TI to review my PCB design and if any issue is found then let me know so that I can fix it before production.
1- In Picture 1 I have made Analog and Digital grounds separate from each other as you can see in the picture. I have combined them only at one point(Circled area in picture2) and that is under the codec(picture 2). Kindly check that is the design right?
2- I have made split Digital and Analog power planes and added a GND plane between them(Picture 3) for better shieling. Is that ok?
3- Picture4 is shows the layout around the codec. I want a general opinion about the layout of this area. Like via placement, GND placement, etc. You can highlight if any issue or problem is found.
4- I have designed it in KiCAD 6.0. It would be very nice if you would like to review the actual design files. I can send them to you for review.
Waiting for your reply. Thanks"
Please help to advise. Thank you for extending your help.
Kind regards,
Marvin
Hi Marvin,
Allow me some time this week to review, and continue conversation offline.
