This is a structure where only USB and AMP Power are connected. And the volume must be controlled through USB.

Hello , either of PCM2706C or PCM2912 should work for you. They both take USB input and can give you analog signal out. All you need is to use a suitable amplifier (10W?) for your application.

I don't know what the margin is, but which amp do you recommend including the margin?

Probably you can try TPA3125D2 or choose from https://www.ti.com/audio-ic/amplifiers/speaker-amplifiers/products.html#p342=5;15

in product search you can see many options that might be of interest to you.

Regarding Ubuntu22.04 question I am not sure, but will check for you and let you know.
