Hello sir,

We are developing the  Headphone  Control device where we can  Control the Volume and Mic Mute settings for Headphone (with MIC). Where we are once side USB will be ocnnected and other side by this chip we can send or receive the audio though mono or stereo connection and also Mic will be connected along with it. which can be mute as use by any HID,

We selected 2 Chip 

But we are confused with selection from one of them.

1.PCM2912

2.PCB2904

Please  help me to select .

    Hello Heena,

    Thank you for your question. Please consider using PCM2904 as this is a newer device. The other device, PCM2912, is marked as "not recommended for new designs". 

    If you have further questions, please provide more details on your specific confusions.
