Hi,
i want to interface audio codec TLV320AIC33 with DSP TMS320DM8148.
Here i have no master clock signal to audio codec free because have used some other place ,so can i use CLKOUT0 AND CLKOUT1 for MCLCK input to CODEC.
Suggest me on this.

Just about any clock signal you can find that is between 500 kHz and 50 MHz will work since there is a PLL on the AIC33. So assuming you can get a clock in that range out of OUT0 or OUT1, it should work fine.
