Please kindly refer to the answer as below.
1. We don' t have more parameters to be set in PPC3. But we provide SDOUT pin to send data out. You can read the data and set AEC by MCU in system.
2. You can refer to the screenshot as below. Level control adjusts the strength of the channel before being reintroduced back into the original left and right channels. You can adjust the level and test its effect。
3. For TAS5805, I2C address is decided by resistor connected to ADR pin. You could find corresponding relationship between resistance and address in datasheet as below.

Step3 use 29.5V because 0dBFS output corresponds to 29.5-V peak output voltage. You can refer to TAS5808M datasheet in 7.3.8.1 Speaker Amplifier Gain Select for details.
