If we configured PCM1754 as I2S data format through pulling FMT pin low. The supported data format is shown as figure 23 as below:
The question is, if the audio data is 24-bit and BCK is 48fs, this means the LSB of L-channel data will occur after rising edge of LRCK, R-channel time window. Can PCM1754 take full 24bit data in this condition?

Hi john, this device supports 24bit stereo and you should not have any problem..
I know the diagram looks confusing the way it is drawn. But since the data reading for each channel starts from the second cycle of SCK ( in a given frame of LRCLK), everything works fine and the full 24bits data will be used. In the below diagram probably you can see better how it works .
