We connect TAS2X63EVM Kit with PPC3 Application. When I click on "V" verification button then loading message display.

    Hi Deepa,

    I'm not able to replicate the same message you're getting, is PPC3 getting stuck in that message so you have to kill the process?
    I'd like to ask some questions to debug this:

    • Please confirm you're using the correct PPC3 plugin, notice there is QFN and WCSP versions of TAS2563 plugin, you should use QFN version for TAS2X63EVM.
    • Do you have proper audio output when accessing the Tuning and Audio Processing panel? When you first enter this panel the device should be initialized.
    • Can you please share your software version details? This is available from top-left corner menu -> About.
    • Did you face any problems or unexpected errors during PPC3 installation?
