TAS6424-Q1: Request to acess TAS6424EQ1 device and apps

Hi There, 

I was not able to connect TAS6424E-Q1 EVM to my laptop, I realized it's becasue of apps can not be installed. Is there any permission issue?

    Petra, 

    I researched and you do have permission for PPC3 and for the TAS6424E plugin for the EVM.  You need to sign in with the same email address you use for your TI account.  I would sign out and sign in again.  You may need to reboot, to clear anything that might be blocking access.
