Hi,
Currently my design consists of 2 level PVDD for TAS5634 which is 40V and 58V (change based on vol level). Fault happen when the PVDD switch from 58V to 40V. may i know is there any limitation when there is a voltage change in PVDD?

HI,
Below is the signal that captured during fault goes low. when the PVDD drops, it trigger the fault goes low. the speaker output signal seems normal at that time.
green:PVDD
yellow:speaker output BTL config(1KHZ playback).
light blue: OTW
pink: fault
Hi Mototw.
My test result as below:
Use 4Ohm load and output power around 7W. PVDD drop from 58V to 40V and it's not trigger fault.
So, I think it may be triggered UVP in your application.
Maybe GVDD and VDD dropped with PVDD drop.
You can confirm the voltage waveforms of VDD and GVDD when the PVDD voltage is dropped.

Hi Mototw.
I'm sorry that the EVM of TAS5634 my side is broken the first two days, I'm applying for a new EVM board.
It may take a week to reach my side.
I'll update the test result around May 4th.
Could you try to load at higher power output?
eg. BTL 6 ohm 70W ~80W

Hi Mototw.
Sorry to reply you late.
My test result as below, test condition: BTL 6Ohm(One channel), 73W output.
CH1 is FAULT, CH2 is OTW, CH3 is OUTPUT_N, CH4 is PVDD.
I still can't reproduce your problem.
Maybe you can find if there are some place different from your side.
