What supply voltage are you looking at. Given you using a high impedance, for mono or stereo the max 8 ohm output power would be about the same because you would be voltage clipping around the same point. The additional output current capabilities from PBTL wouldn't really come into play.
Also I don't know you mean by real world mono output, all of our datasheet performance measurements are validated on the actual device.

I guess my question is what wattage can I publish to spec giving the maximum 53 voltage for a amp to run a 8 ohms mono? 200w , 300w??

For 8ohm load, the current ability is not the limitation, no matter you use BTL or PBTL, 150W is the Max power you could get without clipping. Because the amplifier output voltage can't higher than PVDD voltage, if you want higher power on 8ohm load, you need much higher supply voltage, which is out of spec of this device.
