Hi Ryu,
Yes, 24-bit data is supported for both LJF or I2S, you can refer to RX_WLEN and RX_SLEN bits in Page 0 Register 0x08: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tas2563.pdf#page=69&zoom=100,0,815
That is also correct; MCLK is not required. BCLK is used instead to generate the required internal clock tree.
