TAS2563: cancel echo using TAS2563

Hi BU team,

Can TAS2563 collect the output signal of the speaker to SoC for echo cancellation? Do I still need to use an additional ADC to collect the output signal of the speaker? Thanks.

    Hi Charlie, 

    Yes the TAS2563 can output the processed data to be used for echo cancellation. in the current released PPC3 version that can only be done in the end system integration panel. we have a PPC3 update pending that will make the echo reference evaluation easier on the EVM.

    no additional hardware is needed to get this data.
