TAS6424E-Q1: Amplifier going to HI-Z mode when Keeping channels to Play state

For TAS6424E- Q1 Amplifier, we are observing that the amplifier channels are in HI-Z state even if we are keeping the Amplifier Control Register(0x04) to Play state

We tried putting the channels to DIAG state ( 0x04 register set to 0xFF) and could see that report register reflecting the values corresponding to DIAG state (0x0F register value reported as 0xFF). 

Below are the  I2C register values obtained when we kept the amplifier channels to PLAY state:

The Standby Pin Voltage measured is 3V.

Vbat and PVDD measured is 11.3V.

The HW MUTE Pin Voltage is 3.3V.

The TDM Clock Frequency is 12.28MHz
