TPA3128D2: No output

Part Number: TPA3128D2

Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding the issue with TPA3128D2DAP in our customer's application. Please see the details below.

I've been trying extensively to use the TPA3128D2DAP in my pcb design. I tried to follow the example schematic from the data sheet. My goal is to have the amp configured to output in stereo configuration. I also wanted the max gain setting in the master mode as I am not using a slave. I have a ESP32 pin controlling the mute pin. I also gave the MODSEL 3.3v to put it in BD mode and I gave the SDZ pin 3.3v to have it always on unless muted. I have assembled this PCB and everything works properly except the amp. I checked to make sure the soldering was good, and anything else that was possible to check, but the amp is not outputting any sound. When I plug in the speaker, it makes a pop noise but thats it and then it goes quiet even when there is active audio input. I've made sure that the mute pin is pulled low and the shutdown pin is high. So at point i'm at a loss. I would greatly appreciate your time if you could look at my schematic and see if there is an issue with how I have the amp set up that would be causing this. I included the board file too if that helps, but it probably won't. Thank you for your time.
