my customer is considering replacing hte ferrites with 0ohms if not required to pass EMC : do they have other effect on performance of the part?

Hi Olivier,
That is OK, ferrites are not required for audio performance, just used for EMC/EMI. Please make sure to remove the capacitors at the outputs as well if end up not using the ferrites.

are you referring about C1209 & C1210 or the caps right after the ferrites (like C1202 and 1204) ? the later i guess right ?

just to double confirm as it seems a bit weird : if you figure you dont need the supply ferrite (highlighted in yellow), you should remove the output cap (inthe red square)?

Sorry for the confusion, I've been talking about the SPKP and SPKM outputs, I thought those were ferrites but now I notice these are inductors and not the ones you're referring to.
Regarding the ferrites on the supply, don't modify the supply caps, just remove the ferrites. These are not required from TAS2505 performance perspective.
