OPA1655: measurement setup

Hi Team,

In the datasheet for the OPA1655DBVT amplifier, it is specified that the typical THD+N (distortion plus noise) for: Gain = 1,  Rload = 600 ohms,  Vout = 3.5v rms, frequency = 1 kHz, 80k Measurement Bandwidth

as 0.0000029 %, which is -130 dB.  This indicates the THD+N is around 1 uVolt.

Can you please tell me the details of the measurement setup such as equipment used, test procedure, software algorithm if possible? The objective is to duplicate the measurement in the customer lab.
