Below is the PCN information my customer received in the second half of last year.

The TAS5630PHDR,recommended replacement product, is identified by TI.com as Not Recommended for New Designs, as shwon below.

Q1) Is the TAS5630BPHDR a good replacement?

Q2) Why is TAS5630PHDR recommended instead of TAS5631PHDR for TAS5631BDKDR?

Q3) Could you please provide a comparison table of the differences between TAS5630BDKDR and TAS5630BPHDR(or TAS5630PHDR) ?

Q4) Could you please provide a comparison table of the differences between TAS5631BDKDR and TAS5630/1BPHDR(or TAS5630/1PHDR) ?

q1.

if customer's output power do not over 600w mono mode, then it should no problem.

according to datasheet, only tas5630B and tas5630, 2 different PN.

their PBTL output power are different for their OC threshold is different.

all others seems are the same.

oc threshold is different which lead to pbtl max output power is different.
