PCM4204EVM: What would be the normal level of Vcom1/2 and Vcom3/4

Hi,

I apologize for asking a somewhat stupid question.

I'm working with the PCM4204EVM (https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sbau104a/sbau104a.pdf?ts=1689354260470&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F)

Is the Vcom1/2 and Vcom3/4 fixed to 2.5V, or it depends on some other input?

Hi Shan, thanks for reaching out.

The 2.5V you are referring to is a reference voltage sent to the amplifier chip on the EVM to bias the audio signal. This voltage appears to be fixed. You may refer to the schematic of the EVM (page 17 of the EVM User's Guide) to see what I mean. This is also briefly referenced in section 3.2 of the data sheet (page 10).

Thanks Kian, my chip was damaged caused it to be zero, now it's fixed.
