Hello,

Does the TLV320AIC3120 need to be given an external clock through the MCLK pin or is there an internal clock we can use?

    Hi Scott,

    Refer to section 7.3.13 in the data sheet for the clock tree of the device. An MCLK is typically how the tree is satisfied, but it is not required. A high enough BCLK can substitute as the MCLK and can generate the necessary internal clocks.
