Hello, I want to use Sound source files such as mp3 or wmv in memory to output.
I use MCU STM32F103RBT6.
1. Is it possible to output a sound source from an MP3 or WMV sound source through TLV320DAC3203?
2. Is STM32F103RBT6 compatible with TLV320DAC3203?

Regarding compatibility, TLV320DAC3203 supports digital audio input in the most common formats like I2S, LJF, RJF and TDM. As long as the host controller is able to send audio data in these formats, TLV320DAC3203 should work OK.
After a quick search on STM32 microcontroller, it seems you would have to go for a "high-density" device instead:
In addition, the host controller has to be able to read the MP3 or WMV format and translate this to I2S or similar format for it to work with digital input audio devices.
