TLV320AIC3204: 8531+3204 there is no data on the data line

Hi:

We encountered a problem .

A product with 8531+3204, which 8531 provides mclk, bclk, lrclk. When I lightly tap the device with my hand, the uplink and downlink data of 3204 disappear. The device must be restarted to restore normal operation.

I measured the voltage of the IC , and the voltage values was ok. The mclk, bclk, and lrclk of 8531 were still present.

Why did the data of 3204 disappear? I haven't found the answer.

Hi,

Please monitor the signals at the 3204 side for example the ASI signals, supply like VDDIO, DVDD, AVDD and the output either uplink or downlink to understand which signals are disappearing as you said.

IOVDD： 3V AVDD： 1.7V DVDD： 1.8V

Can you monitor the ASI signals like WCLK, BCLK and DIN/DOUT as well? These signals are not to just disappear by a touch on the device unless there's contact issue on the board. Is it really disappearing with a contact, what if you let it run continuously without touching it - will it still working as expected?
