TLV320AIC3007: Input channel separation

Part Number: TLV320AIC3007

Hello,

Our customer is in feasibility study phase to employ TLV320AIC3007.

Here is curiosity of signal separation performance between MIC1L to MIC2L or MIC3L.

The datasheet is specified between MICxL to MICxR performance on page6 but there is not specified above signal path condition.

They are afraid the separation is worth than 75dB if stuff this CODEC.

What is expected signal separation level?

Regards,

Mochizuki

  • Hi,

The signal path condition is the standard ADC path with 48KHz Fs, 16 bit format. The results are measured on MICxR digital channel with 1 KHz -2dB FS input on MICxL.

    Regards.

  • Hi Pdjuandi,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

The measurement condition is clear as noted on the datasheet.

However, my question was not clear but I meant what is specification of between MIC1L to MIC2L separation performance?

    Another combinations are MIC1L to MIC3L, MIC1R to MIC2R and MIC1R to MIC3R.

Those signal path are using similar PGA and MUX, can we expect at least 75dB even not specified on the datasheet?

    Regards,

    Mochizuki

  • Unfortunately we don't have the spec numbers for these separations.
