Hi team,

What is a difference between Latching Overtemperature shutdown events and Non-Latched Overtemperature shutdown event 

in the 0x90 Fault_source_en1 register D1 and D5?

    D1 : OTSD FAULT GPIO 

    Fault will reflects the result in OTSD CS Fault Status register(0x81). Fault flag will automatically return to High if OTSD condition is removed. 

    D5 : OTSD Latch Fault GPIO

    Fault will reflects the result in OTSD CS Fault Mem Register (0x87). Fault flag will not return to High until OTSD condition is removed and 0x87 register value is read.
