OPA1678: Replace OPA1678

Hi,

I am using OPA1678 and noticed that the output voltage is less than 1V for frequencies above 1MHz.

Could you tell me which IC can maintain the output voltage above 1V up to 5MHz under the following conditions? If you have any good products other than OPA2836, please let me know.

<Conditions>

・5V Single Power Supply

・Output Voltage = 2.5V±0.5V (1Vp-p)

・Gain = 0dB

・Frequency of -1dB is 5 MHz or more in differential amplifier circuit with 1 × gain

・Package = VSSOP 8pin
