Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5805
Hi team,
Do we have other more detailed PSPICE model for DRV595? Customer used TINA PSPICE but the simulation efficiency result(50%) is much different from datasheet(90%).
Thank you!

Hi Shadow,
Sorry for late response, we made a file to introduce how we calculated and simulated. Noticed that you also speak Madeiran, pls refer to below file in Chinese.
Would you pls kindly check if we made any mistake? Thank you!

Hi Yunjing
I also tried the simulation project, the results indeed not good. Sorry that we may not able to help you too much, it's been very long time for our group to stop research into the device models. And there's also very few document left for this device.
Hi Shadow,
Do you have any new hero product recommendation to replace DRV595?
Thanks!
Yunjing
Hi Yunjing
For analog input devices, the TPA3130 and TPA3110 should able to replace DRV595. And if customer doesn't really need that high PVDD and output power, the more newer device is TPA3138/9.
And digital input device could use TAS5805, if customer used DAC + amp, TAS5805 could replace them together.
