Tell me how to change audio frequency from original data.
e.g.
(Original data)
A.wav 24KHz sampling 16bit stereo data 6KHz sine wave
(Expected audio output)
6.1KHz sine wave
6.2KHz sine wave
.....
7.0KHz sine wave
The Audio source is where you have to tune in or type in the desired input frequency and that depends on your source generator you are using -if this is what you are asking. I use AP or Audacity and I type in the exact frequency I want. You have to change the input frequency in your source generator.

Your suggestion won't work because I have to solve the issue under the embedded condition(limited memory, CPU power). What is more, the target frequency shift vary based on the environment like temperature. Please tell me the solution using PCM1500A function.
PCM5100 or any DAC you pick, converts digital signal to analog signal and reconstructs the input amplitude and frequency ( within a margin of error that datasheet may have mentioned) . As far as I know, in PCM5100 we have no control to adjust the reconstructed input signal frequency.
