The TLV320AIC3104 Product page has C headers available as well as an app note on using the MSP430 as an I2C host: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slaa605

We don't have resources specifically for the OMAPL138.

The text in bold is not attached to a file so I can't tell what this project is. Can you reattach? And when you say port, do you mean load onto the OMAPL138?
