Audio CODEC Impedance matching

I need to connect audio codec ADC side having variable input impedance to mic having impedance 150 ohms and DAC side having 1 kohm impedance to speaker of 600 ohm resistance. The circuit in between codec and mic/speaker is op amps for level conversion providing gain. Do I require impedance matching?

The codec ADC has its input impedance which form a HPF with the external series input cap, you don't need the impedance matching. On the DAC side normally a LPF prior to the speaker amp.
