Hello, TI team.

We would like to play the sound of the speaker by using PurePath Consle with TAS5825MEVM.

Some PCs can do it, but another PCs can't do .

Could you tell me the reason and countermeasures for unusable PCs.

And for these accounts they have access to these Apps but can't access it?

Some things to try

-restart the program and try to login a few times

-restart the PC

-If this is done on a work PC, try installing the PPC app on a home network. Sometimes corporate VPN/IT settings can cause issues.

-reinstall PPC3
