Hello everybody,

In my wireless system, the master support both Line In and USB soundcard functions, just use CC8531+CODEC can't implement these functions. So I want to use MSP430 to control CC8531 and CODEC as master, CC85xx_Ehif_Example_Code.rar is just a slave sample code, i don't how to use MCU to control CC8531 implement USB soundcard.

Hi Kevin,

Host controlled mode is not supported when running USB I'm afraid.

If you need concurrent I2S and USB operation you could look into using the TAS1020B as a USB to I2S device and then use the CC8530 for the wireless portion:

There are also DSPs that has both USB and I2S interfaces. The C5000 series might do the trick:

Hi Kjetil,

Thank you for your suggest. Does CC8530(work on autonomous status) support both AIC3101 and TAS1020B in the same products, please?
