PCM3060: DAC output much noise

I'm using PCM3060PWR in an audio system, I found it output too much noise.

       FIG.1

I play a silence audio file, DAC in PCM3060 output like FIG.1. Then I tie TXD0 to GND, DAC in PCM3060 output also like FIG.1. 5V ripple is in FIG.2. 3.3V ripple is in FIG.3.

MCLK in I2C is 12.288kHz in FIG.4. BIT clock is in FIG.5. RLCK is in FIG.6. The sample rate is 48kHz.

I am using the first mode, and config differential output.

 

I would like to know how to reduce the noise from DAC output.
