TPA3251: AGND vs PGND

Part Number: TPA3251

Hi MPA team,

My customer is looking at TPA3251.

slaa719 Suggests that there are two GNDs, Analog and Power.

Can you let me know which IC pins are AGND and which are PGND for following Pins?

PIN12

PIN13

PIN25

PIN26

PIN33

PIN34

PIN41

PIN42

Also, customer has concern on the suggested layout. The above PGND and AGND are disregarded and connected to same plane. Is this the suggested layout?

Any additional suggestion is welcome.

    Hi Luke

       The pins at the left side 1 to 22 is the low voltage side, could consider as AGND. The right side is the FET area, consider using PGND.

       The PGND and AGND is indeed suggested connect together. All of our products, including auto, consumer, and high power, not require to separate ground. 

       Seems we don't specially have a layout guidance for this device, could follow the common layout guide. We have a consumer side layout guide based with TAS57xx device, maybe could send you.
