Building amplifier for PCM2912A

Hi all,

I want to amplify my audio output of PCM2912A. So i have used op-amp based  amplifier but when i check normal output of PCM2912A it works fine pure AC signal.

But when i connect my amplifier to it ,it suddenly increases DC at input of amplifier.

Can anybody have reference circuit or any guide for same.
