TLV320ADC6140: TLV320ADC6140 Fs &BCLK PUTPUT missing

Part Number: TLV320ADC6140

we are using TI's ADC that is TLV320ADC6140, we found that ADC's FS/BCK output (6140 is master mode) was missing (when the input MCLK input is normal operating no missing)

and when FS/BCK was missing ,the FS/BCK PIN's output sometimes was Low,but sometimes was High.(which is marked by red circle )

could you tell us why the FS/BCK output's status was not stable?

What is your MCLK Frequency? What Frequencies of FSYNC and BCLK do you wish to make?

MCLK=24.576M,BCLK=12.288M,Fs=48k

also in the zones where BCLK and FYNC are working what frequencies are you seeing for both waveforms? Do you see 48Khz and 12.228Mhz?

'Yes,we get the normal square frequence 48k&12.288M,it can work well(with the normal sound)in the continual area and the pop in the missing area

You may have a schematic or Layout issue. As a first step may I see your schematic ?
