TAC5112: Stethoscope with noise cancellation

We are looking for a noise cancellation circit in our stethoscope where we are using two Digital MEMs microphone - one for the Heart beat detection and the other for capturing environmental noises, which need to be cancelled. We are thinking of using TAC5112 and INA849 as preamplifier. Any help would be appreciated.
