Hi,

We are using Audio codec WM8904 with NXP MCU and has a 1W speaker application.

So we connected Audio codec output to TPA2011D1 speaker amplifier then connected to CDS-20144-L100 CUI Speaker.

When we play the audio sound volume is too low and not crystal clear we feel there is noise associated within.

Attached is the schematics for audio codec and speaker amplifier section.Let us know what parameters to be tuned.

Should we use single ended configuration or differential configuration?

    Hi Venkatesan,

    Is it possible to test TPA2011D1 only, by using an external signal source connected to the input directly?
    Can you also capture the output waveform using an oscilloscope and a low-pass reconstruction filter while playing 1kHz tone? I'd like to understand better what kind of distortion is there.
    The schematic looks OK. Differential input is preferred whenever it's possible.
