Hello TI,

I need to find an IC that can take a digital signal and count the number of periods across a specified time and output a steady state voltage if it exceeds a specified threshold. For example lets say our threshold is 10000 pulses in 1s. If the input signal is 1KHz it will count 1000 periods in 1s and the output signal will remain low. If the input signal is 11KHz then the output signal will go high after 1s of recording. If the input signal varies but the total number of pulses collected in the 1s window then it will go high.

Can you please help me find an IC that can do something like this?
