The customer wants to replace component MC34119 with the TI LM4862.
In providing the 3.3 volts condition, If the LM4862 could be drop-in replacement, I want to know what risks I might encounter.

Hi Bruce,
These two devices are fairly similar. However please note that +IN & FC1 pin connection is slightly different, FC1 pin requiring its own decoupling cap while +IN uses the same decoupling as Bypass pin.
