TPA3118D2: Fault output issue after thermal protection

Hi Team,

There is a fault output issue after thermal protection. FAULTZ pin is connected directly to SDZ for automatic recovery from thermal protection, but FAULTZ pin is still low even through thermal protection latch is cleared, and this pin is high if power is turned off and on. Please check it and let me know the reason why.

    Just to make clear the condition. The FAULT pin stuck at low state, even the temperature totally dropped. And we need to turn off power and restart to make it back, right?

    The large capacitor C4 seems not suitable, not supposed to put large inductor at IO pins. 

    And suggest we could disconnect all of other circuit at FAULT pin, like R69, Q3, C4, to make sure no other influence.

    Yes, it is. Let me check with customer again if this issue is occurred after disconnecting all of other circuit at FAULT pin.
