Hi we have issues at customer with this part, and they are considering that the ground pad has in-sufficient solder. we see about 50% at ground pad, and has a good contact at pins.

please provide feedback on this issue. Xray image attached.

Hi Jeff, Customer says it is failing on their side. They are claiming that reworking part fixes problem. From the data we have it looks like the solder is sufficient for part to work. They consigned part so we would like to know how old they are.

We do a lot of NPI and prototype work here in the silicon valley for many large and small customers.
