Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DIX9211
Hello all,
Long time reader, first time poster. I'm bringing up a board with a DIX9211 and unfortunately my layout guy didn't read the specific notes on tying the PLL loop filter to AGND then to the plane. I've built a nice SMT sculpture to route the signals accordingly with nice heavy traces, but the darn thing just won't lock when audio is active. I was wondering if anyone had more insight into troubleshooting PLL issues on the 9211 without going through a large number of board spins.
