The word "ADC resolution" is commonly used in the analog-digital circuit, I think.

Please see Page5-6.
By the way, in the PCM3120-Q1 datasheet , the specification "Output data sample word length" may be
the ADC resolution. I want to confirm it.

The pcm3120 has its resolution start from 16-bit, 24-bit to 32 bit, mentioned as "word length" in the datasheet.
Think of it as the number of digital data bits at the output that represent a converted analog signal from the input. The analog signal is sampled with higher or lower resolution depending on customer's application
