The IO setting shows you are using USB as the audio input, but your testing picture shows you are using Coax port. Both of your test should be no sound.

Perhaps there's still something missing. But please have a try to set Coax in the I/O settings.

When using correctly, there would be clock and SDIN data on the testing point, could use oscilloscope to check.

I tried to set 《Coax in》 in the I/O settings, but the oscilloscope only measured CLK and no signal in SDIN.

When I open the 『PurePath Console』 software and load the PPC3 file, the Audio I/O measured with an oscilloscope only has 《USB in》 without CLK, 《Optical in》 & 《PSIA》 & 《Anaiog in》 & 《Coax in" 》All have CLK
Is this normal?

 It's normal to have CLK for all settings, only the correct connection and choice could have SDIN data.

 After you choose Coax in, and also provide correct signal, the LED names "Lock" will turn on. 

 Do you see the light?

But if Audio I/O select "USB in", there is no CLK. & If Audio I/O select others, CLK will appear.

If I choose "Coax in", do I have to use a Coax cable to connect? (I not have Coax cable)

   I'm afraid not very easy. Could consider check if OSC1 on the board works fine, then check U12 to U15 has any input or output. 

  If it is OSC1's problem, could still replace that oscillator to let it work. But if it is U2 abnormal, not possible to repair. This device already stops production.
