TAS2781: Decoupling Capacitance for each power rail

The TAS2781 datasheet is mentioned on the recommended decoupling capacitance as below.

I think the following capacitance value should be a capacitance value considered the DC bias characteristics. What is it actually like? Is it considered DC bias characteristics?

If YES, please add "Notice : Recommended value is considered DC bias characteristics".

If No, please add package size or the recommended supplier parts number.

the recommended capacitor values are considering the DC bias characteristics. - I will raise this request to the systems team

i.e 10uF is recommended understanding the effective capacitance will be less than 10uF

It seems that the customer is assuming the capacities in Table 9-1 to be rated values. Please add a note of caution under the table.
