PCM6140-Q1: comparison with TLV3200adc6140

Tool/software:

This part appears to be very similar (except the package) to theTLV320adc6140.

From a review of the data sheets I see no differences.

Can you tell me what differences there are, if any please?

    Hi,

    While the PCM6140-Q1 and TLV320ADC6140 have similar performance and features for the most part, there are a few differences:

    • The PCM6140-Q1 is an automotive Audio ADC, whereas the TLV320ADC6140 is not meant for automotive applications.
    • The package is different between the PCM6140-Q1 and TLV320ADC6140, show below

    • The PCM6140-Q1 has a “High CMRR Mode” where the device can support higher tolerance on input common-mode. The TLV320ADC6140 does not support this feature.
