Hi team,

My customer is trying to install Pure path console from the Web site below to evaluate PCMD3140. However, when the customer goes to the Download--> Request, an Error500 is displayed and cannot be downloaded. Could you tell me the solution?

    We recently started migrating our secure software service earlier this week and it just finished a few hours ago. That may have caused errors trying to access it. Could the customer try again? From my view, the page is working.

    My customer has tried several times again in this week, but it still appear the Error500. They also cleared cookies and reset the browser, but there were no improvement. Do you have any other idea to resolve it, could you let me know?

    Are they using a business network to access the page? Is it possible they are getting blocked by their company security? I would recommend the customer try a different network is possible.

    If there is no improvement, we can provide the approval and downloads manually.
